There is no honest single fee for every charity auction. The cost depends on the date, location, event size, preparation required and whether Addison is conducting the auction, hosting the full evening or advising on the fundraising plan as well.
A short live auction at a local dinner is a different brief from a large gala that needs advance planning, travel and a full master of ceremonies role. The quotation reflects the work needed before the event as well as Addison’s time in the room.

What to send with an enquiry
You do not need a finished running order before asking about availability. Send the confirmed details you have, including the date, venue, approximate audience size and the role you want Addison to play. If the auction lots are still being assembled, say so.
What matters
Agreeing the scope before the event
The role and fee should be clear before the booking is confirmed. That includes whether Addison will advise on lots and timing, liaise with the production team, conduct pledge moments or host other parts of the evening. A clear scope avoids uncertainty later.
Planning
Start with the date
Availability is the first question. Once the date and location are known, Addison can discuss the event and provide a quotation based on the actual brief rather than a generic package.
